Vehicle Logistics
The logistics involved with vehicles is an important part of overall event logistics. We offer a wide range of services in fleet management and vehicle preparation. With years of experience, well-qualified employees and the most modern equipment, we offer a professional service for mobile and stationary vehicles at exhibitions, roadshows and client events.

About Us
We are two brothers, Stefan and Sebastian Hainke, who founded Hainke Event Service in 2010. Since then we have grown to an eight-person team that is active throughout Germany supporting both small and large clients with event services.

Whether it be incentives, congresses, exhibitions or product presentations, we as service providers treat your project as a whole. Accessibility, high flexibility and absolute reliability go without saying.
Berlin – Our Home
As Berlin natives, we have grown together with the city and the players in the industry. Both full-time and freelance staff make up our team of event specialists. Our team also includes logistic drivers, reliable helping hands, thoughtful hostesses and well-trained chauffeurs.
Our Locations
As a logistical base, we run two spacious storage facilities with connections to the Autobahn in both the East and West of Berlin. This allows us to deliver your products all over Germany on-time and in the quality required.
